Candidates research you like customers research a product. A strong employer branding film wins them over before the first interview.
A film that shows who thrives at your company — so the right candidates apply and the wrong ones self-select out.
One production works on every job ad, all year. Better applicants per franc spent — measurable in your funnel.
Real employees, real workplaces, real moments. Candidates trust what they can verify on day one.
One master film plus cuts for LinkedIn, your career page and job ads — a single shoot, working on every channel.
Real culture on camera. Hit play.
Honesty. Real employees, real workplaces and a clear picture of who thrives at your company. A good film makes the right candidates think “that could be me” — and lets the wrong ones self-select out before they apply. Generic promises and stock footage do the opposite.
Everywhere you meet candidates: LinkedIn, your career page, job ads, recruiting events and onboarding. We deliver one master film plus platform-ready cuts, so a single production works across every channel you hire on.
You see a first draft within about two weeks of the shoot. We agree on the full timeline before we start — and we stick to it. One team owns it from concept to final cut, which keeps the schedule tight.
Your employees. Authenticity is the whole point of employer branding, and candidates can spot actors instantly. Our directors are experienced at making non-actors feel comfortable on camera. Actors only make sense for specific staged scenes — and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Four stages with dates agreed before we start: concept and script (1–2 weeks), pre-production — casting, locations, schedule (1 week), the shoot (1–3 days), then edit, grade and sound with a first cut within two weeks of wrapping. You have one contact person the whole way, and every milestone has a date in writing before the first invoice.
You do. The film, the footage and the project files are yours, with no expiry and no renewal fee to us. What does carry a term is what we license from third parties: music, stock and — when we cast professional talent — the usage agreed for their appearance, which is priced by territory and duration under the Swiss SSFV / SzeneSchweiz guidelines. All of that is written into the quote before the shoot, never invoiced afterwards.
Two, and they are in the schedule with dates: one on the first cut, one on the near-final version. In practice what decides whether two is enough is not the number — it is whether one named person signs off. Feedback gathered from a committee contradicts itself and turns one edit into three, which is why we ask who the approver is before the shoot, not after the grade.
