Join Swiss football star Michael Lang in this 'Electric Transfer' campaign as he explores the new Taycan Cross Turismo.

Porsche’s exclusivity and elegance can now also be experienced with their new electric SUV Taycan Cross Turismo. In this social media campaign, the Keko agency wanted the successful Swiss football player Michael Lang to promote the new Porsche model. 

The professional footballer presents the advantages of electric mobility as part of the “Electric Transfer” campaign at the Porsche Centre Basel. Just as sports like football evolve constantly with new strategies or technical assistance programmes, so is automobile technology subject to constant change. To illustrate this evolutionary process, Michael shares his experiences with the Taycan Cross Turismo in a series of videos.

The defender of the Swiss national team and FC Basel asks himself the questions any Porsche client would ask. For example, whether he is able to adapt his lifestyle to an electric sports car; what difficulties this switch might entail or what advantages such a car offers.

These and other questions are answered by Michael as he gets to know the Taycan Cross Turismo. Over the course of several months, the football player discovers the enchanting world of electric mobility with Porsche on the streets of Basel, providing regular insights into his adventures.

Initially we see him jogging while he reflects on the changes in energy technology, individual transport and especially on sports SUVs. Furthermore, he compares the matter with developments in football, such as new trends and ideas that have continuously transformed the sport over time and made it what it is today.

Finally, his run comes to an end at a parking lot. There he contemplates the dynamics and design of the new electric Taycan Cross Turismo SUV. As he takes a closer look at it, he wonders what the mobility of the future might look like. Which trends will prevail and which were just fads after all? Although Michal doesn’t know the answer to this question, he is certain that when it comes to mobility, a time full of change is ahead of us.

While he relaxes a little, the football player decides to drive off and find out if this sports car is a good fit for him. Stay tuned to see how Michael gets involved in the new experience and curiously explores the world of electric mobility with Porsche.
